The story so far......

A group of professionals, who all had a keen interest in using colour to bring about improvements in their everyday lives, formed Scarlet Pixel back in the last century, in 1998!

Teacher The company was initially composed of a specialist colour consultant, two practising secondary school teachers and an electrical/computer engineer. The varied backgrounds of the initial members of Scarlet Pixel have led to the formation of a unique and very individual company. One of the teachers, working in the field of art and design, had been teaching his students about the subtle and effective application of colour in their work, and this led naturally to work in textiles, clothing and colour and the powerful effects of the clothing that an individual wears.

Another team member had introduced "Daylight" lighting into their workplace, to save their eyesight and prevent endless stress headaches - a move that led to enhanced work output! The importance of light and colour was evident but how to take this further was the question.

Hands Chris, our Colour Practitioner, used to working with colour on a one-to-one during personal consultations, was frustrated that the benefits of the power and magic of colour could only be shared with the relatively few people that she came into contact with. Our computer expert had set up numerous web sites for other businesses, why not for his own business? Thus, a group of people with diverse backgrounds, yet common aims gave birth to
